The Spirit light weight endurance saddle

Adjustable in two different ways:
*The tree frame gullet width is adjustable here at our shop- we can adjust frm a very narrow to a very wide tree shape to fit your horse..
* Underneath the tree are english style flocked panels that can also be adjusted the same way an english saddle would be adjusted- by adding or removing flocking.

Saddle Design:
* lightweight composite material (not fiberglass), with a metal head iron for reinforcement.
*All Sommer saddles use a V girthing system- very comfortable for the horse.
*The tree is flexible, and will move with the movement of the horse.
* The tree is 20" long. It is especially good for the short backed horse or gaited horses.
The seat has a medium twist and is padded with memory foam- a dense foam material that is songpy but wont break down or compress flat with use.

Seat sizes- 16.0 to 18.5
weight without fittings approx. 18 pounds.
standard colors: Cognac, Moro( reddish brown), Dark Brown , Black, and Harness.
-custom colors: . Sommer offers many different colors and shades of colors, plus contrast thread to match. Please call for more information, some colors are special ordered, and others are in stock at Sommer. Custom colors are not returnable.

** SEAT SIZING. the trail saddles are measured like an english saddle, from the "button" just below the pommel, to the middle back edge of the seat. The seats do fit small, for the size marked.

The seat padding that is used on the Spirit is made of memory foam. It is quite comfortable.
